Are there a Minimum order requirements?

No, while HOPUP Online is a Wholesale based store which is open to the public, we don’t have a
minimum order required however shipping rates do apply for smaller quantity orders.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery rates are calculated automatically at checkout however free shipping is provided on orders totalling $150 and above.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

At present we accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and bank transfer.

How long will delivery take?

Your items will be sent by express delivery via a service such as DHL or EMS. Delivery typically takes 8-12 working days, but you will be advised of a time frame upon checkout and a tracking number will be provided.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your shopping experience is fully secure. We use a high security SSL certificate utilising strong SHA-2 & 2048-bit encryption.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched you will receive another email with tracking details.
